Welcome to 2006.

2005 was a busy and fulfilling year for Rachel and I. Rachel got a full time position with the school board teaching grades 7 and 8. In July, we celebrated out first wedding anniversary. In November we moved into our new home. We are now living in south end of the city, in a brand new subdivision called Havenlea. We have the perfect house for where we are in our lives. It's only 4 minutes from my work so I get to go home for lunches now.. It's was really interesting to watch the process from a field to a house. We have a spare room and would love to have family visitors.. Soon..!

Unfortunately, Judy was diagnosed with breast cancer this fall, and has gone through a number of procedures to get rid of it. Things are looking up and as usual, Judy is seeing the bright side of things. The boys are doing well, spending a bit more time with Grandpa when Judy needs to recover.

Jamie and Joelle are eagerly awaiting baby "Farquar's" impending arrival. Proper name to be announced later..

Kate and Jon are dropping by 'Casa del Mackenzie a Belton' every little while or so, and are doing well.

Connor is enjoying and thriving at Venta. Aidan is still as cute as ever.
